MRS. FOLASHADE OLUWATOYIN OLADOKUN
Mrs. Oladokun graduated from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology with a B.Tech. in Pure & Applied Chemistry in 2004. She then went on to obtain a PGD in Education from National Open University of Nigeria and then Masters in Education from Lead City University.
She is an experienced teacher, a godly woman and a lover of children. Mrs. Oladokun co-founded Virtue & Valour Schools in 2012 and sits as the Proprietor, nurturing the school since inception. She is married and blessed with 2 children.
MR BABATUNDE OLADOKUN
Mr. Oladokun graduated with a B.Tech in Pure & Applied Mathematics from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology. He then went on to obtain his MSc. in Business Analytics & Big Data from the University of Dundee, Scotland.
He has 18 years experience working in the banking sector in Nigeria and the United Kingdom (First Bank of Nigeria Plc, Zenith Bank Plc and Monzo Bank UK). Mr. Oladokun co-founded Virtue & Valour Schools with his wife in 2012.
He brings with him a wealth of experience in Business Development and Strategy.
PASTOR FRANCIS AFOLABI
Pastor Afolabi is a retired Principal with 32 years experience as a seasoned educationist. He graduated from the University of Science and Technology. Kumasi, Ghana in 1972 with a BSc. in Agriculture. He then went on to obtain a PGD in Education from the University of Ibadan in 1987.Over the course of his teaching career,
Pastor Afolabi served as Principal in the following schools: Community High School Oranran, Ikoyi (I980-1981); A.D.C Grammar School, Apomu (1983-1989); African Church Grammar School, Apomu (1989-1990); Community High School Kumapayi, Ibadan (1990-1991); Community High School, Ileogbo Iwo, (1993-2000) and Baptist Grammar School, Iwo (2000-2001).
He has co-founded many schools and he is a consultant to many academic institutions. He also served as Chief Examiner for National Examination bodies.
Pastor Afolabi (‘Grandpa’, as he is fondly called) sits as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Virtue & Valour Schools. He brings with him decades of experience in School Administration and Management.
About Us
Virtue & Valour Schools was established in 2012 when God planted a little seed in the hearts of a young couple. The vision was clear:
To impart knowledge and virtue from a perspective that focuses on the child, with a view to graduating balanced youths equipped with the qualities and values needed to build today’s society.
When the vision was conceived, there was nothing in sight. But, step by step, brick by brick, the vision lived true. Virtue & Valour Schools opened with 35 pupils and 11 staff on that fateful day of September 17, 2012. Today, the School has thousands of graduates and touches the life of many more within its community and beyond.
